Cant Uninstall ESET File Security from Domain Controller

I'd like to know how to manually uninstall File Security from a domain controller. I can't boot it in safe mode to run the tool as requested in the troubleshooting.

 

Can I run it in normal mode if I shutdown certain services?

Please carry on as follows:

- disable Self-defense

- restart the server

- run the ESET Uninstall tool in normal mode.
