Web Control "Non-functional"

I would like it to be functional.  I am unable to see any indication as to why it is non-functional.  Can anyone provide help?  I expected to see something in log files under tools but was disappointed.

Do you have protocol filtering as well as http scanning enabled?

HTTP, HTTPS scanner setup is enabled, "Enable application protocol content filtering" is checked along with "Integrate into system".  System has been rebooted a couple times since these settings have been enabled.  Thanks.

If the eicar test file is detected by web protection, I'd suggest contacting Customer care as the issue will need to be reported to ESET's engineers.

I am trying to block websites based on categories.  The virus scanning appears to be working.
