As for the issue with the agent not connecting to the ESET PROTECT server, please check C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html and trace.log for possible errors. As for the hw info not being reported to ESET PROTECT, if the client is connecting to the server there could be a problem reading the information from the WMI repository.
