Administrators Marcos 5,742 Posted October 10, 2024 Administrators Posted October 10, 2024 What version of ESET CyberSecurity do you have installed? If not the latest, uninstall it, download the latest version from ESET's website and install it.
pygocentrus 1 Posted October 10, 2024 Author Posted October 10, 2024 (edited) the last update version, Cybersecurity 7.5.74.0 and still have the alert after a successfull update this morning Edited October 10, 2024 by pygocentrus
Administrators Marcos 5,742 Posted October 10, 2024 Administrators Posted October 10, 2024 If the system date is correct and you are still receiving the notification, please raise a support ticket.
Chas4 11 Posted October 10, 2024 Posted October 10, 2024 @Marcos Does the macOS client also alert about macOS updates also (can't remember), as there is macOS 14.7 out, poster listed having an older 14.6.1 macOS version

I did contact support but their answer is praticly useless... hxxp://support.eset.com/fr/KB2850/ It is for smart security and windows and i have cybersecurity and MacOs Sonoma. Settings are not the same. I notified support for that and had no more answer since. I tried to clear the update cache but it is not possible to do so in setting/update in cybersecurity I tried to uninstall an re-install. No alert for a small time and it comes back As you can see, there is only an hour between the last update and verification and it says obsolete (08:28 vs 09:27) Edited October 13, 2024 by pygocentrus
pygocentrus 1 Posted October 18, 2024 Author Posted October 18, 2024 Problem supposed to be fix wednesday but come back yesterday. I called back tech support again, uninstalled and re-installed Cybersecurity and it is ok presently. I did all that wednesday too and it comes back the next day. If so, i wont do that again and again, just wait for version 8 which suppose to include a permanet fix for that issue according to tech support.
