I was looking at creating some email notifications that would communicate with our internal system and generate a ticket depending on severity, etc. The issue I'm having at the moment is with notifications coming from ESET Inspect. The email template has variables to fill in the computer and group name (used when creating the ticket), but notifications coming from ESET Inspect does not seem to forward the information I need (computer and group name, it fills in with n/a instead).
