RAM information n/a in ESET Protect (EPH)

Hi ESET Team,

I'm try to create report for hardware inventory in ESET Protect, but missing information in RAM (memory) used in device.

When check in detail devices is same with missing information in RAM (memory) used.

This ESET Protect created from ESET Protect Hub.

I think that this is because running "wmic memphysical get maxcapacity" on a VirtualBox VM returns "No instances available".

Hi Marcos,

Thanks for your information.

I'm try a guest in VMware, and show the RAM (memory). Possible in VBox case.
