Issue with ESET inspect

Hello,

I encountered an issue while attempting to investigate a detection in ESET Protect.

When I try to inspect something, it opens a new page, and I receive the error shown in the picture.

Marcos, before I submit a potentially unnecessary ticket, could you please confirm if ESET Inspect requires additional licenses, such as EDR and XDR? We are currently only using the ESET Agent Endpoint with ESET smart security premium & LiveGuard licenses.

I'm not sure I understand.

Here's a list of licenses we use:

- ESET PROTECT Enterprise
- ESET LiveGuard Advanced for Endpoint Security + Server Security
- ESET Endpoint Security + ESET Server Security
- ESET Full Disk Encryption
- ESET Inspect  -- \\ this license not activated on end point

Could you please explain in simple terms whether we have access to the "Investigate" tab in ESET Protect?
