bink 0
Hi there, I did a migration from CentOS to the RockyOS VA, but now I'm facing the problem, that the clients refuse to connect to the new server. Even the new Protect VA refuses to connect to the server. 2024-07-31 12:15:13 Error: CReplicationModule [Thread 1408]: CAgentReplicationManager: Replication finished unsuccessfully with message: InitializeConnection: Initiating replication connection to 'removed" port: 2222' failed with: Request: Era.Common.Services.Replication.CheckReplicationConsistencyRequest on connection: host: "removed" port: 2222 with proxy set as: Proxy: Connection: removed:3128, Credentials: Name: , Password: ******, Enabled:1, EnabledFallback:0, failed with error code: 14, error message: Connect Failed, and error details: . Request Id: 06133b9b-7ed9-4592-92db-9bf7939fdd05 Replication details: [Task: CReplicationConsistencyTask, Scenario: Automatic replication (REGULAR), Connection: removed:2222, Connection established: false, Replication inconsistency detected: false, Server busy state detected: false, Realm change detected: false, Realm uuid: 3aa346f6-f970-4047-8e57-298efb4ae8a2, Sent logs: 0, Cached static objects: 80, Cached static object groups: 11, Static objects to save: 0, Static objects to delete: 0, Modified static objects: 0] Ping, tracert, tnc (testnetconnection) are working, so I don't think it is a network problem. Does anyone have a idea? Thanks in advance
Administrators Marcos 5,308 Posted July 31 Administrators Share Posted July 31 The agent connects through a proxy server. Aligned pcap logs from the machine and proxy will probably be needed for perusal. Please raise a support ticket for further troubleshooting.
