TISec-Roland 0
Hello, I am experiencing an issue right now where the ESET Endpoint Security for macOS is showing "Product Not Installed" on our ESET Protect Dashboard. We have confirmed that the device has ESET Endpoint Security installed (see images below). The concerned device is running macOS Sonoma 14.5 with the latest updates. Please advise on what can we do to remedy this problem. We have policies in place for the ESET Endpoint Security product that is not taking effect because ESET thinks our devices don't have the product. Thank you! Administrators Solution Marcos 5,165 Posted June 13 Administrators Solution Share Posted June 13 I would recommend to try reinstalling ESET Endpoint Security v6. If it doesn't make any difference, does the problem persist after temporarily installing the latest ESET Endpoint Antivirus 7.4.1500? For help with further troubleshooting, please raise a support ticket.
TISec-Roland 0
Hello @Marcos, Thanks for your response. After restarting the device a couple of times, the alert "Product Not Installed" has disappeared. We will do another test on a different device and follow your instructions this time. Can we keep this thread open for the time being while we continue to observe and troubleshoot? Thanks. We do not close threads (topics). Actually it's the OP who should mark a post as solution to "close" the thread in the end.
