MHRSFI 1
I don't have internet on some of my workstations. How can I activate ESET? The console has internet; can I use a proxy?
Administrators Marcos 5,399 Posted June 10 Administrators Share Posted June 10 You can use ESET Bridge as a proxy which will also cache update files. You can configure it in the advanced setup -> Connectivity.

Administrators Marcos 5,399 Posted June 11 Administrators Share Posted June 11 I would check ESET Bridge logs for information about possible problems: https://help.eset.com/ebe/3/en-US/?troubleshooting.html. Please raise a support ticket if there are no obvious errors in the logs.

It is worth pointing out that I just enabled the use of a proxy server on the client policy and enabled the proxy on the server (Rocky appliance) without installing a bridge application or configuring a bridge policy. Is this correct?

I'd recommend using ESET Bridge: https://help.eset.com/ebe/3/en-US/.
