Microbe 6 Posted June 3 Share Posted June 3 Hi Team, We have had situations where an MSP has has a license for a particular Site and the customer no longer requires that license, so the reseller suspends the license. 1. Are they able to delete the license? ESET Staff emilota 7 Posted June 3 ESET Staff Share Posted June 3 Hello @Microbe, MSP trial license can be deleted. However, if MSP deletes the trial license, it can't be reordered anymore. If the MSP full license is associated with a customer, it cannot be removed, only suspended. The license will be deleted if the entire customer account is deleted.
