Email from ESET saying I am using more than 1 device.

I recently renewed my ESET subscription and updated my debit card info. I have now just received an email from them to say I am using ESET on more devices than I am paying for. I pay for one, but am only using one - there are no other devices in the house! I cannot find a way to contact them and they want additional payment for the extra 'devices'. Any ideas what I should do please?

You have 2 devices in your ESET HOME account that are using your license for 1 device. One of them has not connected to ESET servers for 1 year already so you should disconnect it from ESET HOME:
