ESET Mail Security on a Exchange 2019 on-prem - External Recipient Warning Banner

Hello,

I want to add a yellow bar in emails recieved from senders outside of the organisation. Is it possible with Eset Mail security? Only manages to add a prefix in the subject but want a banner in the body of the mail. Also tried to create a rule in exchange 2019 but it doesnt apply, does eset override the exchange rules?
