Hello, can any one help me out trying to contact support so i can turn auto renew off. for the past few years iv been sitting on a status "waiting for veryifcation". Changed e-mail. deactived key and nothing.

Are you stating you are receiving the "waiting for verification" e-mail as a result of trying to disable auto renew option via Eset eStore logon as noted in the above linked article?

I'd recommend checking the spam folder, the verification email was sent to your email address pXXXXXXs@hotmail.com. Anyways, I've received a response from ESET LLC that they have deactivated auto-renewal for your license.
