In this case the merchant was selling a 1-user license to more than 25 people. We strongly recommend to purchase a license only from authorized ESET distributors and resellers. Please ask the seller for a refund.

Best regards I suggest going to Kinguin and open a dispute case / ticket with them and tell them the information Marcos has given you. Hopefully they will refund you the amount you paid.
