Hello i cannot reactivate subscription on my ESET. After format on my pc i have reinstalled the app but im not able to activate it. It said that its overused. Im not receiving any email to verify after request.  Please help, ID is: 3A9-MDR-8DA

The license is registered to brxxxxxxxxxxx88@gmail.com from Canada. Where did you purchase it from?

It was purchased form kinguin.net. Is it possible to reset the devices or email?

The website is an online marketplace where anybody can sell products. In this case the merchant was selling a 1-user license to more than 25 people. We strongly recommend to purchase a license only from authorized ESET distributors and resellers.

Please ask the seller for a refund.

I suggest going to Kinguin and open a dispute case / ticket with them and tell them the information Marcos has given you. Hopefully they will refund you the amount you paid.
