Administrators Marcos 5,408 Posted December 7, 2023 Administrators Share Posted December 7, 2023 Some files are being exclusively used by the operating system and thus cannot be opened for scanning. Did you run the scan as an administrator? Are any of the files that could not be opened viewable through a file manager for instance when you try to access and view them under your account? Administrators Marcos 5,408 Posted December 7, 2023 Administrators Share Posted December 7, 2023 If you don't see the files under your account, then scanner cannot scan them either.

It would be necessary to find out the reason why you can't access the files. Maybe you don't have read permissions for whatever reason.
