Some files are being exclusively used by the operating system and thus cannot be opened for scanning. Did you run the scan as an administrator? Are any of the files that could not be opened viewable through a file manager for instance when you try to access and view them under your account?

It would be necessary to find out the reason why you can't access the files. Maybe you don't have read permissions for whatever reason.
