We can check it, please download ELC and follow few steps:

  • close Firefox browser
  • go to ESET Internet Security > Help and support > Technical support > enable advanced logging
  • open Firefox (I expect that you still see only "Progress. Protected." deck)
  • disable advanced logging
  • collect default logs using ELC and upload it here (don't worry, only ESET staff can download logs)

Thanks

I have the same problem on several computers with Windows 11 when Firefox is installed from the Microsoft Store.

It works OK on edge/chrome

Can you please follow the steps I mentioned in this thread and send me ELC log? We did some analysis with ESSPUSR, but I still miss some piece of puzzle, so your log may also help.

Thanks
