SBrown 4 Posted November 12, 2023 Share Posted November 12, 2023 Hi. I have a question. I'm using eset andtoid security and As the tiltle says i accidentally clicked on a suspicious link on facebook. Eset didn't blocked the link, and while i seen i accidentally clicked on the link I instantly closed the window and changed password everywhere and loged out every later login. Credentials ar not modified like email address and nothing added on the background. The 2fa was on everywhere as well. What sould i need to do or is this the only things i can do? Thanks! Administrators Marcos 5,074 Posted November 13, 2023 Administrators Share Posted November 13, 2023 Since we don't know what link you clicked and if it was really malicious, it's impossible to tell what could happen. Apparently it was not a phishing link and you didn't enter any personal information in a form after clicking the link. If ESET does not detect anything, you can run a 2nd opinion scan with another AV vendor's online scanner to make sure the machine is malware free.
