Payment protection red triangle with ! On android

Ive been using the andoid app for over a year, only today the payment protection section has a red triangle with ! . Ive run scans, no virus found. Tried adding and removing apps from the payment protection, even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I cant find anything to tell me what it means or what to do about it. Any advise would be gratefully recieved. Thank you.
