Hi, on several stations sometime the las connection is not updated on the portal. On the client side it's seems to be oK :

But on the portal side we see no connection since 16 days and also the status on the sever show some errors :

We tried to remove Eset on the servers but it's ask for some password. We have set a password whe is working ton the other stations but not on this one.

 

Is there default password on the esat product to be able to remove it. May also you have a tools to do that.

There seems to be a problem with detected cloning not confirmed:
Enrollment failed with error: Device creation suspended: Administrator's confirmation about detected cloning required.

Should the problem persist, please raise a support ticket.
