ESET Web filtering client request unblock features

Hi i browsed the entire policies in eset, I don't see any option to allow the end user to notify an administrator to request for a URL unblock. Previously while I am using Kaspersky, it do have such an option that the end user URL being blocked can notify the administrator to unblock it.

This is not currently possible. An administrator can see in reports what websites were blocked and unblock them if considered suitable for unblocking. I've created an improvement request to consider for future versions, however.
