Problem updating to Eset Protect 9.1.18.1

Hello,

I updated Eset Protect from version 9.0 to version 9.1.18.1 but after update i cant log to web console.

I looked some log files but i cant find source of the problem.

Any idea how to solve this?

Did you update it via an ESET PROTECT component upgrade task? How long did you wait after sending the task before you attempted to log in?

Yes i upgraded like that, via component upgrade task. Half an hour and still the same error.

I read now that can be because outdated MySQL version. I will check that.

Another reason could be insufficient free RAM during the upgrade process. Should the problem persist, please open a support ticket for further troubleshooting of the issue.
