Reset computer and now ESET doesn't protect this computer anymore

Recommended Posts

Hi, I just reset my computer due to windows errors so now my computer is clean.

I had my licens for ESET security another year but it doesn't seem to work on my computer as I think it thinks its a .. new computer.

So now I only have a month free version and need to fix this ASAP. I'll attatch some images, I'll say my license-ID if admin asks for it.

As im not sure on how to do this I need help... I removed my "old" computer on ESET which as "Fredriks spaceship".

I've removed one of the images since it contained your email address.

If you could not uninstall ESET from the former machine while being connected to the Internet, deactivate it via the License manager in ESET  HOME. Then you can install and activate ESET on the new machine.

Ok but that doesn't solve my problem as I have an active license from before which ended 2023-07-18... this one ends in a month...

I have image of this, I can also send you the license-ID here or?

Would be great if I can use that instead of purchasing a new one...

This license is registered to a different email address (pXX@bXXXXXc.se). That said, a verification email will be sent to this address if you add the license to your ESET HOME account.

The license is already being managed by your father's ESET HOME account. The license cannot be added to more accounts at a time.
