Lammy 0 Posted September 5, 2022 Posted September 5, 2022 I Keep getting the warning saying that "Web and Email protection is non-functional" but still cannot resolve the problem after tried multiple times of it's suggestion"to restart macOS or install the product" Could anyone help?

If uninstalling ESET and reinstalling it doesn't help, please collect logs as per the instructions at https://support.eset.com/en/kb3404, open a ticket with your local ESET distributor.
Lammy 0 Posted September 5, 2022 Author Posted September 5, 2022 yes i do have VPN installed. Does the VPN cause this problem? How do I resolve the problem as I do need to use the VPN regularly?

Milos Kalab 0 Posted October 31, 2022 Posted October 31, 2022 Hi, just upgraded to Mac OS Ventura. That made me update Eset Cyber Security to 6.11.404.0 and the Web Protection issue is still present despite https://support.eset.com/en/kb7698-web-and-email-protection-did-not-start-in-eset-products-for-mac-on-macos-big-sur says it should be solved in 6.11.x. I can always start the enable the Eset proxy within the network configuration, but after each and every restart, it's back to the default-disabled.
