Unchecked "Invoke ASAP If Event Missed" doesn't work as expected

Got a shutdown task to run every day at 2am. "Invoke ASAP If Event Missed" option is unchecked. PC was off all night. User turned on the computer around 11am and the task started shutting down computer. Why the task was done? I have attached screenshots.
