Downloaded test file, no alert

When I downloaded test file, I don't see alert but ESET deleted test file, how do I fix that showing no alert?

Verify Eset GUI Interactive alert setting is enabled via below screen shot:

Did you download the eicar test file? Was it with default ESET settings? If not, could you try reverting the settings to defaults and try again?
