Registered User, License not being accepted.

Hi

I had a license for Smart Security Premium that expired. I recently purchased a license for ESET Internet Security but the program is claiming all my licenses are expired.

I can see the valid license when I log in to My ESET home. 

While I am unable to use the program my license is ticking away.

Actually I see the license is waiting for verification. I have never received the email to verify. I have tried resending it several times. Would you mind checking that?

I see only an expired license with the public license ID 3AN-CXM-KFF registered to your forum email address.

Please provide your current license public ID.

Your public license ID is listed below your license key in the email you received after the purchase of the license or license renewal. Alternatively you can drop me a personal message with your license key.

Sorry I don't know what you mean by license public ID. 

Public ID cannot be used to activate the license , it's used for these cases like support and stuff.

It differs from the license key you activate through it the product , it's normal to be posted here , nothing can be done with it if somebody took it for example.
