It launches briefly and I can sometimes get passed the "Get Started" button then it disappears. I see a tray icon and it to disappears. That's it. Any ideas? Next you accept Terms of use, configure detection settings and then you are presented with the main menu: Anyways, if you want to see how ESET really performs and protects your machine and don't want to run a one-time scan, install ESET Smart Security Premium and activate a 30-day trial version.
