Can we configure Email alert for any software installed on client, like if someone installed  microsoft office, anydesk etc.

No, there is no such feature. While the management agent can report installed 3rd party software, Endpoint doesn't monitor the system for installed software.

You can enable reporting through an agent policy:

The policy will enable reporting of installed 3rd party applications to ESET PROTECT. You can use this information in reports for instance.
