I just upgraded from Windows Vista 64 to Windows 7 64 bit. I was unable to access the internet with my browsers. I removed Eset Smart Security and the browsers work fine. What do I do to be able to access the internet and have eset installed?

Couldn't it be that you had ESS installed during the upgrade? Does the problem persist after installing the latest ESS 7.302 from scratch?

Did you do any over the top upgrade or a full install? Whenever migrating from 1 OS to another its always best to backup your stuff and do a complete install. That means formatting your drive.

Can you please try the solution from our Knowledgebase article and let us know if it resolves your issue. I realize that the article specifies Windows 8, but I think that in your situation these steps might still resolve the issue.
