Yearly Subscription not working

Hi. I purchased a yearly subscription for $14.99AUD on the Google Play store. I recently had to reset my Android TV and now when I add your app back it has gone back to a trial version. I am logged in with the same email as my Google play subscription. But I can’t find an email that gives me a license key. Unfortunately I was unable to find any paid license registered with your forum email address. Please contact Google or ESET Australia (not sure if they can help with Google licenses).
