After I installed eset cybersecurity and after some time the system became very slow. So I checked the cybersecurity and there were 6 automatic scans running simultanously (i never started such a scan by myself.) I need to stop all of them one after another. But some time later they will be running scans again. I checked the tasks (and even disabled some tasks), and i uninstalled and reinstalled cyberscurity, but no luck, problem still exists.
