Network Protector doesn't work more

Hello,

At my ESET Internet Security the following protectors doesn't work more and I can not reactive it again:

- Firewall

- IDS (Network Cyber Attack Protection)

- Botnet - Recognizator

Please advise

Also provide ELC logs as follows:
- enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Details for tech support
- reboot the machine
- disable logging
- collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive to the forum (only ESET staff can see it).
