Whenever I'm going to open any site in my chrome browser, msg is coming as below-

js/agent.ped was found when GoogleChrome tried to access a website s3.amazonaws.com virus

What can I do now?

Are you getting the detection even if Chrome is launched without extensions and a blank page opens? Also if you launch a different browser?

Please provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector.

Based on what is shown on Eset Russian forum: https://forum.esetnod32.ru/forum6/topic16441/ , there is a malicious Chrome extension installed. Also, full removal will require a lot of cleanup activities.
