Robert Becskei 0 Posted May 5, 2021 Share Posted May 5, 2021 Dear Support, I have Windows 10 with latest updates. And I have ESET with latest updates. Unfortunately I do not exactly know since when . But probably a few weeks . ESET Sometimes causes MASSIVE Slowdowns on my computers. Firefox takes ages to start. Or it takes ages to start some video. Disabling ESET immediately resolves the problem . I see that ESET Service is using ( I think ) too much IO ... in Task Manager I see a constant 120MB/s there even with ESET Disabled . But at least a usable system. If I enable the Product I get a ZX Spectrum 48k My Specs are : i7-8700k, 32 GB RAM, 500GB SSD for Windows , 2TB SSD, 2x8TB HDD RAID ,1x6TB HDD Please help. Administrators Marcos 5,074 Posted May 5, 2021 Administrators Share Posted May 5, 2021 Please carry on as follows: - reproduce the issue - enable advanced operating system logging under Tools -> Diagnostics in the advanced setup - after 2-3 minutes disable logging - collect logs with ESET Log Collector.
