Update windows 7

[Guest DTH]

My ESet keeps telling me it will stop working unless I update to windows 10. I have had windows 10 for quite a few years along with Eset. Cannot understand it, any help anyone?

Are you a different user than JayBass who has recently posted here? If so, please create a forum account and post there a screen shot as well as logs collected with ESET Log Collector:

No I am not Jaybass, I did a search for this topic, but found nothing.

I assumed as this section was for guests that I didn`t need to make a forum account

but I will do and try and find the logs. Thanks

That's correct, however, one of the rules for this forum for unregistered users reads:
Ask only simple questions. If you want to report an issue, inquire about your license, etc., create a forum account first. This forum is not intended for lengthy discussions.

This is a kind of issue that will require further interactions and investigation, hence creating a forum account would be appropriate.
