Switch From ESET Smart Security to ESET Internet Security

Hi. I have an ESET Smart Security Premium license expiring in December, I saw that a new replacement version of your software called ESET Internet Security has been released. I wanted to know if I renew my subscription by purchasing a new key for Eset Internet Security and I activate it through the version installed on my computer of Eset Smart Security does the program automatically switches and converts to Eset Internet Secuirity or you need to uninstall ESET Smart Security first and then install ESET Internet security and activate it?. Let me know. Thanks

If you want to downgrade from ESSP to EIS (does not contain the password manager and disk encryption features), I'd suggest contacting the reseller who sold you the license. Renewing and downgrading the product at the same time is most likely not possible through e-store.

After receiving an EIS license click Change lincense under Help and support, enter your new license key and choose EIS as the product to activate:
