After I upgraded ٍ(ESET Internet Security 13) to version 14, when I click on its icon in the taskbar, only the attached photo is displayed. Could you confirm that the moving dots appear after you enter a license key? When I bought the license, version was 12 and I had no problems until version 13. When it updates itself and becomes version 14, the image above is only shown and it is always the same.
