ESET IS is not working. How to fix?

Hello, My ESET installation location was in another drive. But that hard drive damaged today. Now I can't open/uninstall or reinstall ESET. When trying to open / modify it says drive not found, but when I try to install again it says 'latest version is already installed on this computer' How can I fix this?

Try running the Uninstall tool in safe mode (https://support.eset.com/en/kb2289-uninstall-eset-manually-using-the-eset-uninstaller-tool) and then install v13.1 from scratch.
