Hi Eset,

I have a problem with scan virus on Endpoint. During scanning, ESET detected trojan, however ESET doesn't have any action such as: delete or quarantine. How you can explain me about this.

With ESMC agent installed the detected files should have been cleaned automatically unless you ran the scan in scan-only mode (ie. without cleaning).
