All my client can't update from ERA.

Hi all,

Before my client work well and can update from ERA. But just 1 or 2 day they can't download definition update from ERA.

What should I do? Many thanks!

Unfortunately, you didn't mention what error the clients are receiving when attempting to update. I'd strongly suggest contacting Customer care as further logs will be required for analysis.


On another subject, I wonder why you created 3 topics with the same content. Did you have some issues posting your query here?
