How do I get trial work?

I went through:

-downloading and installing trial nod32 antivirus application

-created eset user account

-registered and confirmed my email

 

When I'm trying to activate either with my eset username password (working account on my.eset.com) it gives an error 0008. When I try to use activate trial account with my (above registered) email I get the same error message.

Telling me that I mistyped my password. And that I need to clear cache and delete earlier eset products?

What product first time I'm trying out the application.

 

 

Most importantly: Why the hell I need a username and password for a 30day trial application?
