Issue - cant login

Hi, after update "Rogue detection sensor" on Virtual Appilance to 1.1.615.0 i cant login to webservice.  "not connected"  -status. 

When i login via hyper-v to consol i have this message. 

What i should do?

Does this problem persist? I would check, whether the DB service is actually running correctly. Update of RD sensor should not affect the DB, however if machine has been restarted it could take couple of minutes until the SQL starts. Alternatively the ODBC driver could have been updated to a version not compatible with ESMC Server.
