Win7 Power Users - Config File

Is there any way to update the configuration file from the user profile running as a "Power User".

 

We need to update the config file on multiple external machines and we would like to do it from the user's profile instead of loging in as the local admin.  We tried doing as "Run as a different user" but the configuration is not saving.

That's not possible for security reasons. Only server products' configuration can be adjusted from the command line using eShell.exe in a safe way.
