Is there a way to make a shortcut to enable/disable a firewall rule?

I can enable/disable it in advanced setup > firewall > advance > Rules

Is there a way to make it so I just run a shortcut or something to  enable/disable it without me having to go through those settings?

Of course, this is not possible. Otherwise any malware or unauthorized person could easily allow any blocked communication.
