Under Outlook/Options/addins, at bottom L. of window i klik MANAGE

What is the status of each add-in; enabled or disabled?

Try this.

1. Go to the "Manage" section and mouse click on the down arrow.

2. Select "Disabled Items."

3. In the Disabled Items window, select the Eset Outlook add-in. Then click on the "Enable" button.

Close Outlook, wait for 5 seconds, then start it again.

Thanks itman.  this is what i did (done) -

1. - Outlook/files/options/add-ins.   2. - Hilite Eset addon (was under disables items).   3. - at bottom of page - klik disabled items - THEN klik go.   4. - Klik enable.

Also, manually verify that the Eset add-on is indeed enabled.

How do i manually verify...?

In my Outlook 2013 Eset has it's own tab at the top when it's enabled, like in the attached picture.
