I have lost my password

I've lost my password file, The Antivirus is ok but if I'll reinstall windows I'll lose my subscription password forever, Is that a way to copy the password from my PC to a file to never forget it?

You can try retrieving your license key by entering your registration email address here:

https://www.eset.com/us/support/lost-license/

Should you get no email afterwards, most likely the registration email address was entered incorrectly or we have an email address of the seller who sold you the license on files. In such case, contact the seller to retrieve your license.

You can find your public license ID under Help and support -> Details for Customer care that will help identify your license.
