Manage 2 Location using 1 ERA

I have some enquiry regarding ESET antivirus.

 

Below is the enquiry

1. Site A and Site B
   User purchase 80 license. Site A have 60 users and Site B have 20 users (diff location). The console install at Site A, those users at site A should able to communicate to server to get update.

Question: Then user at side B not able to communicate with ESET console manager right? Then they able to direct get live update from website? Or any workaround solution to communicate with console manager at Site A?

 

2. Site A have 2 diff subnet

ESET console install at server with subnet 192.168.0.x/24, a particular department (some user) is another subnet 192.168.10.x/24, both no communication is allowed

Question: since having 2 different subnet and no communication, which mean user with subnet 192.168.10.x/24 not able communicate with ESET console manager (subnet 192.168.0.x/24)? So user with 192.168.10.x/24 is running standalone and update through live update? Or any workaround solution for them to communicate with ESET console manager?

 

Pls provide guide / document for us if possible.
