slow reaction on my change in Parental Control

I make a change in  the time limit, or some elongation of the time limitation on my daughter's phone and the changes appears after a long period  (half or more of the hour) on the phone. Who knows what do I do faulty? The changes are accepted by the Myeset, but the influence doesn't go across. Thanks. klm

I would strongly recommend contacting your local customer care so that the issue is properly tracked and you get accurate response in a timely fashion. It is important to know the brand and model of the phone as well as the version of Android and Parental Control.
