RedFive 0
Greetings, Looking for some direction for "temporarily pausing" real-time protection & doc protection on a MAC. I have accomplished these client tasks on the Windows side, using the ERA client task commands: ecmd /setfeature onaccess pause ecmd /setfeature document pause Looking for the equivalent commands for MAC...also looking for the correct directory to run the command from? Here is the windows path i have used when creating these client tasks: c:\Program Files\ESET\ESET Security> V/R!
ESET Staff MichalJ 434 Posted January 18, 2018 ESET Staff Share Posted January 18, 2018 As of now, this functionality is not possible. You can only disable the AV protection, by the means of assigning a policy, that will change the feature behavior.
RedFive 0
Thanks for this response, MichalJ! Is there a future plan to whitelist a sample by hash? V/R!
